Wordless Wednesday Linky Party - Vietnamese @ Bent on Food

Last weekend I made my way to the Bent on Food Cookery School and joined 9 others to learn the art of Vietnamese Cooking. I had a wonderful time as we made our way through four courses under the experienced eye and instruction of Donna Carrier. We made Ha Noi style Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Prawn Salad, Beef Noodle Soup - Pho bo and an Asian Style Pannacotta. Simple, fresh and healthy, this is not a cuisine to be intimidated by. Lucky for you, I have the recipes and if you tune into the blog over the remainder of the week I might just share...

The Bent on Food Cookery School is located in the historic town of Wingham on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales in Australia. The School offers a range of courses including cheese making, barista courses, children's classes and more.

If having a meal prepared for you is more your style then head toward Bent on Food, the multi-award winning cafe, with fabulous coffee, beautiful breakfasts and tasty lunches that celebrate local produce. The experience is only made better by a short stroll up the road to Bent on Life, the beautiful home-wares store.

Can't get to Wingham? That's ok, they're online! Click here to check out the beautiful range of home-wares at Bent on Life and here to find the Bent on Food gourmet food range.

Wow! That looks delicious! I love to eat Vietnamese food - just love the crunch and texture and combo of mint and lime and coriander. YUM. Unfortunately, as I'm allergic to garlic, I have to frequent restaurants where they are able to modify for me.
