Wordless Wednesday: Bent on Cookin' the Books 2

Last weekend a gorgeous bunch of women (including me!) gathered together at the Bent on Food Cookery School where we were challenged to make Christmas canapés and Christmas gifts. Here is what we came up with. Dates stuffed with fetta and parmesan rolled in bacon and prosciutto; Chive pikelets topped with seasoned sour cream and fresh salmon; Crisp parmesan wafers; Thai style chicken sticks with a peanut mango sauce; and Salmon, sour cream and dill bites on sour dough.

Christmas gifts all appealed to the sweet tooth and included Peach Jam; Australian inspired mini Christmas cakes with a honey and macadamia glaze; White coconut ice topped with cranberries and dark chocolate; festive Christmas star stacks; and a slice in a jar.

The Bent on Food Cookery School is located on the beautiful Mid North Coast of New South Wales in Australia. The Cookery school offers a wide range of courses from cheese making to Vietnamese cookery. For more information on the school, the award winning Bent on Food Cafe and Bent on Life gift and home wares store click here.
