Budons is an exiting new range of kids stationary.
"They smell so nice"
Budons characters clip on and off and depending on mood, kids can go urban on their back pack, be a cool rocker on their pencil case, be out there with their lunch bag and show a little attitude on their diary. They can even swap them with friends.
"This one smells like ice cream!"
From pencil cases to back packs there is something for everyone to customise with Budons.
The generous people at Budons are giving 10 lucky people the chance to win a Budon prize pack valued at $50.
To win, leave a comment telling me what makes a little person in your life as unique as a Budon.

ReplyDeleteMy lil man is as unique as Buton! Born with blonde hair and blue eyes.. He completely blew us away as we all have dark brown eyes and dark brown hair.. He came out a splitting image of my Grandad.. his great grandad.
ReplyDeleteMy little girl is very unique. She has blonde curly hair. What makes her unique though is that The Farmer & I have brown hair. Our dogs are black & tan so she is the only blonde one in our family.
ReplyDeleteI can be contacted as Sara (at) tisthelife.com
My Little girl is Unique not because she is beautiful, funny, shy and loving but because when people say hello to her she puckers her lips and starts to snort. Something a very unique Aunty taught her.. Lauren Hender :-)
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is unique, she has a beautiful little beauty spot right in the middle of her forehead, just like Woody in Toy Story, we call it her 'Toy Story Spot' and she loves it!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is unique as she has the voice of an angel! No-one in our family can really sing properly so I don't know where she gets it from, but she is so talented that she sings in a Victorian choir and also has started to write simple songs of her own! She's a mini opera singer in the making :)
ReplyDeleteMy email is ebakkalis[at]bigpond[dot]com
My eldest daughter is unique as Budon, because she has generalised anxiety disorder but doesn't let this stop her from living her life. It can be difficult some days, but she amazes us all with her determination, intelligence, and beauty both inside and out. With the help of a counsellor, and endless hours spent with me, she is now learning how to be more sociable. Budons would be a great talking point for her amongst her classmates.

Thankyou for the opportunity!
I relate to this as I have GAD and my son struggles also (he has autism). I think your little girl is an inspiration. xxxx
DeleteRuby my Miss Middle and my most unique child..LOL
ReplyDeleteThe most shy child I own who won't talk to people but will always always help others who need it.
Who nearly breaks her neck to get away from fluffy puppies but will happily hold a baby crocodile or snake...shudder.
Too shy to play team sports but get her out on her boogie board at the beach and that girl shines.
I hope she breaks through the shyness but until then we embrace her foibles.
he is loving and caring, always giving hugs and kisses and saying I love you, he is also a little crazy and colourful, never a still moment in his life!
ReplyDeleteThe funny stories he comes out with. He's five but he's pretty quick with an explanation for anything you want....unique is a great word for the way his mind seems to work!

Thanks
I can't figure out how to pronounce Budon and my son's name (Maxon) gets mispronounced all the time! :) Just one way these two are similarly unique! :)
ReplyDeleteMy little girl is as unique as a:
ReplyDeleteB is for Brave. She's only a pint sized two and a quarter year old, but she'll happily play rough and tumble with the much bigger three and four year old boys at the local softplay. And if she's scared by a worm or something, she'll say "I brave" and touch it anyway.
U is for Umpire. This is her latest game. She puts a lanyard around her neck and pretends to blow the "whistle" then says "OK, you kick daddy. We play soccer. Where is ball? I don't know."
D is for Determined. Goodness, she knows her mind! We let her make as many of her own decisions as possible, and negotiate around the rest.
O is for "Oh good idea". She says this every second sentence at the moment. It is especially cute when she says it to herself. I hear her narrating what she's doing, she might say "I get a drink. Oh, good idea!"
N is for Newborn. We have a little one week old in the house at the moment, and big sister JJ is being so kind, and loving and understanding. It melts my heart to see her sibling love, and I'm looking forward to watching this special relationship form and grow and evolve.
(It's a pity that Budon doesn't have an S for Shoes or F for fetish :)
xx
Danya
My girls are unique because they are the same! They look like twins even though they're 18 months apart. They share most of their toys and clothes already and love to create codes that only they can understand. I hope that means they will be great friends as they grow up.
ReplyDeleteWe were headed to Cataract Gorge (in Launceston) for the day. My 4 boys have never been there and as we were driving to it I told them there was going to be something really interesting for them to see.
ReplyDeleteMy 8 year old said excitedly "A giant lemon?!"
He loves lemons, I just peel off the outer yellow skin and he eats the rest. He has never liked chocolate, lollies, or most cakes and biscuits.
His lunch box at school is like no other. You will not see a sandwich or a wrap. Instead I fill it with a varying selection of whole carrots, tomatoes, brie cheese, lemons, olives, and ceasar salad.
Not entering but just wanted to say how much I loved smelly erasers when I was a kid.
ReplyDeleteEspecially something that had a chocolate or strawberry smell...yum!
Me too, Grace...! especially the ones that smell like strawberries. Mmmmm
DeleteMy older sister used to have a rubber collection and I used to love sniffing the box :-)
DeleteMy son is legally blind and doesn't let anyone know !! he navigates not with a cane or a dog but with the shadows and the play of light he can see. This child of mine amazes me every single day. He learnt to manipulate his surroundings like this since he was crawling !
ReplyDeleteLisa Abejja
What an amazing amazing child. You must be so proud.
DeleteHi Lisa. You have won one of the Budons Stationary packs, can you please email within four business days. The email is located on my contact page. Congratulations :-)
DeleteMy sons both have autism. While relatively high functioning, they are both extremely sweet and gentle - which can sadly get them bullied. But they refuse to see the bad in anyone, choosing to trust that if you're nice to people, even those who hurt you, then it will come back to you. That everyone deserves someone to be nice to them. I couldn't be more proud - my sons are the best people I know.
ReplyDeleteYour sons sound absolutely gorgeous.
DeleteThank you. I couldn't love being their mother more! They inspire me.
DeleteMy little girl is unique because she has had to be brave and strong at an age when little kids shouldn't have to be. Her dad has moved overseas and she misses him so much. It's teaching her wisdom and how to manage her feelings and I hope it will be something that we can turn into a positive as she grows.
ReplyDeleteAwww, I love birth stories. What a wonderful thing to have both your Mums there with you and to be able to have their expertise as part of the birth of your baby. Well done. A lovely story :)
ReplyDeletemy little boy has a freckle just under his eye.. I always tell him it's my favourite freckle in the world. <3
