Lego has been a safe bet over the years, especially as kids’ birthday gifts. Making for a wonderful present, the 'My First Farm' and the 'Read and Build' kits are some of the most interactive and educational sets now on the market.

Both kits are part of the Lego Duplo series, which combines cute and endearing characters with colourful blocks that kids can rearrange to create many different buildings including farms and hospitals. Duplo teaches young kids about role playing, creativity and story-telling, and allows them to hone their fine motor skills.
