How good does that cupcake look? I make fabulous cupcakes, if I do say so myself. The secret is in creaming the butter and sugar by hand so it's light and fluffy. But I'm crap at icing!
ReplyDeleteI invested in a mixer - it too gets good results, because it is more patient and is willing to stand there and beat longer than me! Icing I'm not so great at either!
