Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of plain flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of your favourite jam
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 C or 400 F.
2. Beat butter and sugar to cream.
3. Add eggs and beat until combined.
4. Stir in sifted flour and baking powder.
5. Make into balls about the size of a 10 cent piece, press a small hole in the centre and fill with jam.
6. Bake on lined tray for approximately 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
